I obtained this unit used it has a 5HP Briggs engine 130212 3250-01 with a pulsa jet carb and it would not crank, after rebuilding the carb it now cranks however, it seems to be running full throttle and very high RPM's the only adjustment is the fuel mixture and idle. At this point I don't want to mess with the governor until maybe I get some advice from someone with more experience. Thanks in advance.
