i purchased a used yta 22v46 and when cleaning it up i found it has 3 belts; deck belt, transmission belt and a small tooth belt that connects rear end to something. This is new to me and I can not find and info on the situation. if anyone can help i would appreciate it.

Most likely you are talking about the CVT belt on the General Transmission. Look up General Transmission GT800 and that should fill in some details.

Drive belt, deck belt, & PTO belt.

IL hit the nail on the head as YTAs uses the General Transmission RS800 series transaxle.
