Lawn motor will not start and have changed silanoid and still will not start but if I cross jump it will crank right up

Without knowing the specific model of mower, I am guessing that you have either a bad clutch/brake switch, or pto safety switch. We will be able to be more assistance with a model number so we can research your mower.
