My d31o mower deck when I mow around flower beds with mulch kit installed vacuums up what’s in the flower bed trench, my z345 r with mulch kit installed with blades that came with it blows the stuff in the flower bed trench onto the flower bed. The z345r has the accel high deck, the d310 does not. What could be the problem or is this the nature of the accel deck?

I had trouble with my new Ferris IS3200Z leaving trails at the right side of the mower and blowing large quantities of grass into my wife's face. I got the manual out and set the deck up according to what the book says and it fixed both problems. It should have came from the dealer set up right but mine didn't.
If you don't have the dealer set up book you might be able to download it from the manufacturers website.
