mountfield petrol mower running problems help needed thanks

i have got new to me a mountfield mower i think its a Mountfield SP470

i have got the unit to start after cleaning the fuel tank new fuel the mower starts but does not run right it pumps up and then down i have took off the air filter and it looks like the springs are not doing there job properly

will try to add a vid for this

any ideas

heres a link to vid i need to say there is no throttle ajustment on this what you are seeing is the mower just after starting at the end i put my finger in the throttle to show it works fine (as far as i know ) once you steady the throttle

sounds like Carb needs a good cleaning and fit a new carb diaphragm/gasket kit part number 795083.

How do you clean the carb on these theres not much to take apart my next job was to look at the diafram but wanted to know if I am missing something stupid lol
