I inherited a Mountfield Hydro 1228H at the end of last season, so only had a chance to look at it now, readying it for the season. It wouldn't start, so I took the various covers off, only to find a birds nest, with some wires snipped. I managed to get the engine running but the kill switch wont work. So really looking for advice. I downloaded the wiring diagram , but as a novice I find it hard to follow. I have attached some images which highlight my problem!
