The float valve in the carb has failed and allowed the crank case to fill with fuel.
Remove the carb and clean the float valve & seat.
Replace the fuel filter.
have a look at what is in the float bowl if there is little bits f rubber in there, replace the fuel lines
Replace the oil, run the engine a few minutes then replace the oil & filter is there is one.

Check your oil level, and smell for gas in the oil.
