Massy snapper 1650 tranny Problems

Bolt idea bolting the shaft to the drive shaft. Sorry for the double post I'm using the iPhone app and I bumped send thanks guys!!!!!
 
my freind had the splines wear out on his RER (snapper) and when we took it apart he needed 2 gears and some replacement seals. the tatol he spent on the it was $150-$175. when we got it together agian, it ran like brand new. for a new unit they wanted about $850
