This is a hydro drive unit. I'm trying to figure out why the engine stops when the PTO switch is engaged. I checked all of the switches and interlocks that I can. The clutch engages when 12v is apllied directly. It has an RMO switch that I don't know how to check. Everything else seems to operate right. Any ideas on what I should look at?

Does the engine stop when the PTO is engaged with the 12V directly?

I adjusted the PTO clutch and still the same results - the engine dies when I engage the PTO. When I apply 12v directly to the PTO while the engine is running everything works normally. Any other ideas?

Check your seat switch & wiring for being pinched or bare wire showing.

Only thing that will kill the engine intentionally when you turn on the blades is the seat switch indicating you are not there
