Looking for options. I have a simplicity landlord rider. that's going to just be a snowblower. But it needs a motor it has has a 18 hp twin vanguard in it . is there any options in putting in a better motor type. any suggestion . or does anyone have a good used motor for sale. Thanks
Whatever you use, with blowing snow, power is king. Get as big as you can fit. I ran a 3 point 72" Lucknow on my M series (100 horse) tractor and the 72 used every bit of the M's 90 pto horses and then some. Snow is a horsepower (and torque) eater, always.
