After mowing, I brought it in to clean it up. When I tried to start it to move it to it's parking space, it wouldn't turn over. Have lights and a fresh battery. Started some testing of the interlock switches (seat, brake/clutch pedal, and belt drive. All checked out good with multi -meter. Battery shows 12.5 volts. Checked wiring and ground connections..all appear good. Not sure about ignition switch as I don't know which terminals to touch with the meter. Wiring diagram shows three terminals, B, S, and A1 for the start circuit. Engine is a Honda 16 HP twin with the solenoid mounted on the starter. Before I jump the starter, I want to know if this is done by touching the spade terminal (with the white wire) to the red power terminal with a screwdriver. I used to do this on cars back in the day to bypass the ignition switch. I don't want to damage anything so any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!!
