Mower Ran and mowed until now. It started running rough and now won't start. All within 30 minutes Here is what I've done:
Changed Gas
Followed Fuel Line. All good, fuel being pumped into bowl
cleaned carb with Gas & compressed air & wire
tested float for leaks
checked air filter
checked gas cap vent
checked seat safety switch
checked plug and tested for spark
Lastly and this could be an issue (you tell me). I checked the carb selenoid and it was getting power but didn't make any noise or move in/out. So i pushed the pin in and took the rubber nob off the end. I then put it all back together and still nothing.
I had read that the silenoid is irrelavant to run the machine and can be plugged and left unoperational. That is why i did the previous. I thought by taking off the nob and leaving the pin in that it wouldn't stop the gas.
As you can see i've tried a lot. Any help much appreciated

Remove spark plug, put in a little fuel refit plug and see if it will fire up, if so you will know its fuel.
I thought that the solenoids are fitted to cut off the fuel...!
The selinoid allows the fuel to go from bowl into jet. Without it the carb is not getting gas through the jet. What u can do it turn key on and unplug and plug in the wiring connetor you should here it clicking or clunking open and closing. If not id say thats ur problem
