I'm thinking about purchasing a snapper RE 11 1/2 HP 28'' to cut in the narrow areas were my big mower can't go they just don't make this style of mower anymore and there's not to many narrow lawn tractors I looked at a Husqvarna 30'' read discharge tractor but I saw the reviews and there not good, So I'm thinking the old trusty snapper design has been around for a long time, I have looked around and the best price I have found on this unit is 1299.00 from mowers direct no tax and free shipping...

The Snapper would probably work fine. If you really want to up the ante, Simplicity makes a very nice compact riding mower, but it's quite a bit more money, of course.
