D dmc 6639 Forum Newbie May 31, 2018 #1 About 10-15 years ago Stihl made a line trimmer with a starter that you only had to pull it a few short strokes and it would fire on its own. It had some kind of ratcheting clock spring in it. Anyone recall the model?
