Lifan engines with Huayi carburetors

Has anyone out there had any experience with Lifan engines with Huayi Carburetors. They look simular to the Predator line offered by Harbor Freight
 
I'm going to move this thread over to the small engine and mower repair section to see if someone over there can help.
 
The Lifan is a 196cc the Predator from Harbor Freight is 212cc, there is a standard and a hemi version in the Predator engine. The Huayi carb and the sp carb on the Predator are both just bowl type carbs.
