I have a 2002 721D with 1300 Hours. When its cold, the left hydro chatters and has very little forward drive. The fluid has been changed with Grasshopper Fluid.

Once warm its not bad, but after a turn, hard accel it losses drive. Back off on lever and apply gradually it seems "ok"

Is there a rebuild kit for these?

Are you sure that there iis enough oil in it?

Hydro-Gear makes that pump/motor... you can order repair kits from them...
You will have to identify your actual hydro-stat, I think it is a G2... but there is a place at Hydro gear to help ID your drive... I would give you the link, but their servers are down today... :smile:KennyV
