Lawnmower races

Does anyone know if they have any events here in Nevada that have lawnmower races? I did it a couple of times when I was a kid back east, and I kind of miss it.

I've never heard of lawn mower races. We must not have them in this area. It does sound like they'd be fun to watch and even do participate in.

They have lawn mower races at the country fais here every summer. 1 fathers day a few years back my family had our own lawnmower racing in my back yard with 2 Craftsman and an old MTD. I was on the old MTD and beat the new Craftman easily. There is actually video of it some where around the house.:laughing:

Jaysus that was funny! Gotta love racing one-handed so as not to spill the beer. And the footage of the cameraman running behind the barn to catch them on the back straight - too funny.
