Anyone know the OE part number for the subject side mount grass catcher bag. Looking to find an original part if possible.

Try Lawn Boy #89816.

Try Lawn Boy #89816.
Close but mine has no handle. There is just a cloth strap that hangs on the wire frame mounted to the handlebars and the chute has no handle....just a rectangular wire frame built into the end with a slot that the chute clip mounts to.

Try part numbers 89800 or 89801. Only three bags which came with that model number, depending on serial number.

I found a pic of the bag on My Tractor Forum ....the rod for the bag is not the same..... mine mounts to the side handlebar but the bag appears to be identical.

My 2 10525's are as follows:

10525 MINE8903456
10525 NEW ONE9902098
10525 PARTS MOWER8903443

I did not have any luck matching 89800 or 89801 to my part.

PS - I just found part #89816 on the Lawnboy Website for this mower but there is no picture to verify. It looks like Lawnboy changed the bag and added an adapter to the chute housing with new separate part numbers and it requires a different chute......

Type in your model and serial numbers on this website and you will find which bagging system was used on your unit. https://www.shoplawnboy.com/Comerge...nlineModelLookupSearch&search=model&OP=filter

That's where I got the part # 89816 in my last post. Unfortunately there is no picture of the part and they will not ship to Canada.

That’s the number I listed in post #2. Just type the number into your search engine and you should find a picture and source.

Unfortunately every site I go to shows a pic of the 89816 upgraded bag with the 3 holed handle and different attachment to the chute.

Ok, I think I’ve got this figured out. The bagger in the MyTractor forum is not the OEM side bagging used on a 10525 model, but one adapted from an different model. The side bagging system for a 10525 should be kit number 89817, which uses bag number 89816. From your postings I’m assuming (yes I know I should do that) that you have a rear mounted bagging setup on your unit. The replacement bag part number is 100-6362.

Sorry its a side bag mount. Unfortunately I can't attach a picture ( file too big) after multiple attempts . The bag on My Tractor forum appears to be the same as mine ( I know he said it was from another model ) All the part numbers you and I have found are apparently an upgraded bag which requires a modified bracket to attach to a different chute. I think I'm at the end of the line. Hopefully my OE bag hangs in there.

Wow ...I got a pic to attach after reducing the megapixels by 75%. And yes its a lawnboy bag....logo on the other side.

The hanger you have is part of Lawn Boy bagger kit 89817. The bag for that kit is 89816, which is upgraded to a three hole mount.

Unfortunately 89816 requires a new bag bracket to attach to the chute and a different chute than what I have. I'll keep looking for my bag style as they are out there.....I missed out on 2 new correct OE bags 5 months ago for $10.00........

Duh, I‘m out of this thread as you know more than me. I’ve tried to help you combine different systems, but you don’t understand my posts, so I’m done trying to explain a possible solution. Good Luck in your search.

It appears that patience counts for something. And I did understand your posts. This morning I bought a unit close enough to what I was looking for. The bag has the 3 holed plastic handle which is fine ( unlike mine with a strap ) but more importantly it has the metal frame that attaches directly to my chute. The bag / chute / support rod for $25.00
