Repairs Lawn Tractor 20hp V-Twin Starter Removal

I need to confirm what I think is required to remove the starter from the B&S Intek 20hp V-twin engine on this tractor.

Do I need to remove the flywheel? There is one bolt that is very hard to get to. Is there a way to remove the cover blocking my access to this bolt?

You do not have to remove the flywheel. Should bej able to get at that bolt using a flex socket.
