Lawn care suggestion

Lawns looking a bit sad. Does anyone have suggestions on what's going on with it? I'm in Perth so the soil isn't great. I've spread nutrients every 2 months and watered with seasol. I'm about to give it its winter cut on new lawnmower blades but I'm worried I'll kill it. Seems to be barely hanging on.
I'm sad given it's less than a couple of years old.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What type of grass did you plant
Was it seeded , sods or rolls
And it would be good to let people know which Perth you are talking about as there are near 100 Perths on the planet.
I am assuming as you mention winter and sandy soils that you mean Perth Western Australia
The bulk of the people here are in the USA

Your dedication to your lawn is commendable, but Perth's soil challenges can be tough. Check the pH, adjust watering, and raise the mower blades slightly when cutting for winter. With patience and adjustments, your lawn can recover. Keep it up!
