Lawn care help

I have a customer who wants his lawn to look well, like a lawn. Im in mass. He has moss and grubs and acidic soil. Should i put down the moss killer, wait till it turns black then rake it up, then grub kill, then lime then seed then start fert, then fert the whole lawn with weed and feed? What order should do this in? Thank you!
