Hello All - I have a Commercial series LB (model 22261). The recoil spring broke on it last weekend and will need to be replaced (the pull rope is not returning). I looked at some of the official LB parts websites and the prices for a replacement are over $300. This is probably more than the mower is worth. I love the mower and it works great otherwise. Anyone know of a source for a replacement parts such as this that would be cheaper? Otherwise I am waiting for something to turn up on eBay.

If all you need is the recoil spring, hit up eBay. The spring in my Bricktop broke a couple months ago. If I remember correctly, the new replacement was maybe $8 including shipping. Here’s one for your 22262 for $26.99/free shipping.
