this is a M-Series drive belt, I found replacements from Ace that were 33 and 32 inch long, one too long and one too short. I am assuming that I need a 32.5, Thanks

.375 wide 33.5 long

I did find in a cross reference site in the notes reported that actual length was 32.5 for this belt. So I guess I answered my own question.

The only reliable belt interchange on the web I have come across is the Gates site http://www.gates.com/all-search-tools/automotive-interchange-search-results.
It not only recognises the mowerers own part numbers but also aftermarket part numbers , Oregon , Rotary , Stens etc etc
