It's not just a matter of how much weight the 3 point will lift; it makes a difference how far aft of the 3 point the center of gravity is located and a brush hog puts it about as far aft as possible. Kubota tractor manuals have info on this.
A brush hog makes a great counter to a loaded FEL bucket, but makes the works kind of long.
A 5 foot brush hog is too heavy for that tractor without a front end loader. Besides, there's not enough PTO power to pull it through anything more than light weeds or light grass.

A 4' bush hog would be as big as you probably would want to pull with that tractor. It might would handle a 5' with front end wights or a front end loader on it but in taller grass or weeds it would pull it hard enough that it would run hot quite possibly.
