looking for any input on the Kubota z725 60 in mower anything would help. My main concern is if a 25 hp 60 inch deck is underpowered and anyone know anything about the Parker torqpact gt-14 transmission

I have a Z723, which is the same thing except with a 48" deck. Unless you are mowing a hay field, you will have no problems. There is more than enough power and a blade speed approaching 19000fpm.
I did a lot a research before buying my unit and believe the Parker hydros are among the best on the market. Time will tell if I am incorrect, but I am confident in my decision.
I bought a z725 about 4 1/2 months ago and when it runs it works great. It will cut through thick shoulder tall grass and a walking pace and thinner same hight grass at full speed (tried it to see if it would bog down) cut nice and very heavy duty. My only problem with the mower is kubota itself. It of my 4 1/2 month of owning it its been in the shop for repairs 6 weeks of that time. First for a new right side hydraulic and this last time for a new carburetor. Both times the repair part was fast but takes kubota over 2 weeks just to get the part to the dealer to fix it. So of your thinking kubota for a commercial mower make sure u have a backup mower to use while your kubota is in the shop waiting for kubota to get one shipped. I've heard kubota is the biggest manufacturer (they also have toro brand and repair all brands) for these dealers and the slowest by far to get parts shipped to them.
Kubota also won't let me return it for another of the same because it's not the same issue coming up each time. Even though there's only 45hrs on it.
I'm looking for another mower as a back up and will be trading this in for another brand just because of the down time.
