I have a Kubota W5021SC self propelled mower that I bought in 1989. This mower is a tank and very well built, start with one pull anytime of the year. Bag is 3-4 years old and new cables this year. When putting cables on I noticed the wheels were not functioning correctly. The small cogs and springs that hold those cogs are worn out. Without those operating I have a push mower. The terrain of my lawn is not good for a mower built like this tank. I purchased the cable from Sears Parts Direct. They tell me the drive parts I need are not available. If there is someone that can fix parts or want a great mower that should last another 30 years, I would like to sell it.
