This lawnmower was left behind by a neighbor as it would not run and he did not want to bother with fixing it. SN is 45341080. I replaced the carburetor, ignition sequencer, fuel lines, air filter, spark plug, fuel cap (was missing) and brake cable and it ran for a good while but after about 1/2 the yard started running rough and died. I locked the choke open with a zip tie and it ran ok for a little longer. I replaced the choke and it ran fine until I shut it off to move something. It has not started since. I saw another post about this engine saying to use a manual choke. It will not start even with the choke zip tied open. I would like to get this mower running as it has self propel which is very handy for me physically. Any ideas on what to try next are appreciated.
