Kohler Engine will not resart

Kohler 21 hp model sv610, starts cold runs for 3 to 4 min, shuts off. Will not restart for approx 15 min. Cleaned carb, plug, fuel filter, removed muffler??

Possible valve clearance issue. Time to take a peek under the valve cover.
