i have a kohler 18 hp command it had a broken connecting rod when i install the crankshaft and the balance shaft the marks line up but when i spin the crankshaft the balance shaft hits the crank.when i reposition the balance shaft it spins freely but it is out of alignment does anyone have any ideas.thanks
