My kholer 7000 choke is stuck and I can't start the engine. what causes that and how to fix it.

On some models the cable runs right over the exhaust which causes a heat failure in the cable. Most cases you have to replace the cable and keep replacing it over time or take it off and reach back there and do it by hand.
