A little about me, I like to find old dead riding mowers that people don't want and restore them if they're worth it. This all started
when I decided to restore a John Deere GT262 that my dad bought new in 1994. He passed away in 2010. The hood hinges were
damaged so bad that it was trash. I cut with it anyway for several years with no hood. Then one day I decided to put the money
into it, only because it ran perfect, and I knew I would always keep it. $1500 later, now it looks new again. The rest I only sand and
paint, new belts, pulleys (if needed) and change oil, plugs, then sell them. I have only done John Deere, Craftsman, from the 90's.
It's fun to do in the free time. I posted a few photos of the GT262 somewhere on here in an album, also a 170 I just completed.
Anyway, hi again, and hopefully I won't ask too many questions
