Now wait a minute weren't you the one that hasn't at these because you were on the phone already?

I seen a six car pile up a couple months ago were the one in rear was on a phone and didn't when he should done. He stopped but his and several other vehicles were totaled.

We brought in a phone law a while back
If you are involved in a collision & your phone was active on a call or texting at the time the you are automatically guilty of negligent driving .
Some insurance companies will void your claim if your phone was active at the time .
