By the way the engine was shaking I would check the 4 bolts that hold it in for starters.
It is hard to tell where the noise is comming from in a video.
It is not consistant enough to be a big end but could be something solid sucked into the engine.
If tightening the mounting bolts does not stop the noise then take off the cylinder head
Put your finger on the piston and press down lightly while turning rotoating the engine.
You are feeling for a smooth movement with no clicks or jerks.
