John Deere X324 Won't stop when I release the gas pedal?

Had my mower in because we had a leak from the back axle seal. $522 later (had to take the back end apart to repair) it was repaired but returned with another issue: when I take my foot off the gas the lawn tractor doesn't stop - it slows down but doesn't stop. This does not happen in reverse. Dealer says that the repair has nothing to do with the current problem. Any suggestions?

Yes it does.
When he replaced the tranny he has not readjusted the neutral point on the pedal.
If you want to fix it yourself to save a sheet fight with the dealer then search "creeps forward in neutral"
