Above video is what I'm getting. It seems to be cranking but won't start. So far I've put a new battery, sprayed carb cleaner into the carb, checked oil and it has gas. The PTO switch is also deactivated. I've never really worked on a riding mower before, so I'm hoping someone may be able to point me in a good direction. I haven't checked spark plug yet.
