John deere F525 PTO switch test

Does anyone know how to test the PTO switch on A John Deere F525? I have power to the swich and if I jump the wires by the switch I can hear the PTO engage. I replaced the switch with A new one but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know which terminals on the switch I should have resistance on?

From what I can see the switch has no resistance built in. It is just a simple switch. Spade by its self is connected to ground. Next 2 spades will be either be open or closed depending on where the switch is and the next 2 will be the same thing.
