Any idea why this garden tractor won't move when put into gear? This model has a manual, 6 speed transmission. Engine starts and runs okay. Brake is off. I have operated controls back and forth - checked trans. fluid - which appears clean and up to the full mark. It's for sale - so I don't know tractor's history. Otherwise, appears to be good condition. Advice appreciated.
Have you checked to see if the belt is in good condition, routed properly and if the belt tensioner is moving freely. These are the first three things I would have checked.
