John Deere have all of their full service manuals available directly from the JD web site .
Usually they would not produce a different manual for a model variant so the 200 & 200A would be the same manual with notes where things are different which is usually wiring to comply with local regualations, unless the manual is in a language other than English so you might need to go the JD USA to find it.
WE get surplus USA & EU models down here plus the Australia / Asia versions but all have been covered in every manual I have bought from JD directly .
