I have a 14sb that runs really well. Yesterday, the left back wheel got wobbly and fell off within a few minutes of using the self-propel. No matter how tight I tightened the wheel bolt, the wheel kept falling off. Any suggestions?

Install some Loctite on the threads. You can buy it at most auto parts stores. Get the blue medium strength then if you ever have to remove it again you will still be able to. Also as carsew said look for any missing washers.
