After running my John Deer 430 with 5' deck and shut it off after it has warmed up the blades will not engage again until mower has cooled off. Switch works fine and after cooling down all works fine.

Two things looking at basics 1) safety system could keep it from starting up. 2) the electro magnetic cluth does not recieve enough energy ( volts) to engage the blades. If you could lay your hands on a wiring diagram to check it out
