This mower was taken apart for carb cleaning etc., but was really cranky when trying to restart. I used the factory service manual (at $60 for forty pages--rip-off!!). I adjusted all to the somewhat sketchy information still no joy. I fiddled with the governor connector a bunch of times but never really got it back to new specs. Finally, I bypassed the governor and went direct. It runs but is really touchy on the throttle. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
