I had a problem where my Z345 would not crank. Battery voltage was full and the hour meter was working. Day one I gave up. Read on-line suggestions. Day two, tried again and noted that when I extended the control arms I was not hearing any relay clicking. Lookin down into the left control arm well where it pivots, I noted a small wood chip that was blocking full outward extension of the arm. I removed the obstruction, heard the relay clicking and tjen started right up. Simple fix that was easily overlooked. My 2 cents.

Simple fixes will shut a lot of people down because they don’t even try for a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons include: lack of interest, intimidation, lack of tools, lack of confidence, lack of time, and lack of self sufficiency. We are a specialized society that has become used to “taking it in”, versus digging in our heels a bit to try to tackle the problem. Keeps shops busy.
