I have a JD stx38 black deck 38" the spring broke i think its from the idler pulley. well the belt jumped off. and do you think they would draw mw a belt diagram and where the spring went.john deere says bring it into them. for just a belt. there nuts. does any one know where i can find a diagram for the belt and where to put this spring.

not sure if you got the belt yet, but a lot of jd belts have the diagram printed on the back of the sleeve.

don:t need the belt, it just flew off when the spring broke.
