Does anyone recognize this part ? Found it at the next to the bottom of the oil stick tube. Looks like it sheared off of something. Engine wont start. Flywheel turns when key is turned on but engine wont engage.

That is the big end from the connecting rod showing a low oil failure.
Your engine is effectively deceased.
Get your camera and pull the engine out while taking lots of phtos so you can put it back again if the engine is repairable.

And you will not know if it can be repaired till it is out & apart.

sadly, there is a matching hole in the block that allowed that to come out of the engine, should be very apparent if you look

That's definitely a piece of the Rod cap.
