I have already mowed 6 times, that equals the amount of times I mowed last summer,6. Last summer was so terrible hot and dry everything burned up. I never want to see another summer like it. This year we are actually way above average on rainfall, had another 1/2 inch last night. Now if we can dodge all the friggin tornados that have been going crazy.

We got a LOT of tree damage from the weather last night.
I have several trees busted over, and many limbs down... Fortunately I did get most of my mowing finished yesterday afternoon... :smile:KennyV

Last year we were the opposite to you over here.
In summer we went 14 weeks without 2 consecutive dry days.
Grass was still growing but coulnt get on it for rain.

Gotta love oklahoma,can be sunny and 70* in the morning and an inch of snow by 3pm.
If you don't like the weather,just wait a couple hours I think the saying is.
When you see a storm warning you change the channel,when you hear a tornado siren you walk outside to look instead of running for shelter (otherwise we would just live shelters half the time lol)

I've mowed twice,mainly because of mower difficulties. Could have mowed at least two or three more times otherwise.
Waiting for ground to dry from last night,prob mow tomorrow.

Yup, I will mow this evening, we had a good 1 3/4 inch of rain, this is what we did not have last year:smile:
