I've got a craftsman lt1000 from the early 2000s with the Hydro-Gear 322-1050 transaxle. A couple weeks ago, I was jacking up the mower to replace the deck spindle shafts when the jack slipped and knocked the little gray expansion tank off. I've since reattached the tank, but the mower still wont move under it's own power. I can push it around freely no matter what position the free-wheel lever is in. What am i missing? Do i need to fill the expansion tank with oil? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't find a 322-0150 or 322-1050 on the HG dealer portal but I do find a 322-0510.

Did you remove either rear wheel? If so you may have lost the axle key.

Yeah, the axle keys are gone, I've got new ones coming. But I left it on the jack, started it up and moved the lever for the transaxle and the axles don't even spin. If I spin them by hand, I can hear gears engaging with each other inside the transaxle.
