My is3000 starts with control arms out and brake lever up as usual... I will lower my brake as usual and then follow by lowering the control arms. When I lower my left arm the engine stops as if I still had the brake on..
I replaced the micro switch on the arm but still doing the engine shut off..
What next???

The switch may or may not been bad. But sounds like a short on that switch wire somewhere. Trace the wire back and look for any worn/bare areas
