Just picked up a new to me IS1500Z, I noticed when going from forward to reverse and back the front 'axle' (that horizontal beam that the casters are mounted to) rotates a bit. It looks like it pivots on a center bolt and I'm guessing there's a rubber bushing in there allowing some play. Is there supposed to be some play or is there a bearing/bushing in there that's worn out?
