Hi
My name is Evan and I cut a little more than an acre and a half plus a number of yards for folks that need help.
I have a Toro MX5060, Toro 30" Timecutter, 21" Toro Recycler, an older 19" Lawnboy and a Husqvarna 48" lawn tractor (ok maybe too much equipment but it's a long story).
I joined the group to share thoughts and maybe pick up some advice that will help me improve cutting performance.

The Husqvarna tractor seems to cut at 2 to 2.5 in no matter how high I adjust the deck, even at the highest setting.
The Timecutter provides the best performance but is still only 30 in.
The zero turn is fast and height adjustment works nicely but the cut is mediocre albeit better than the tractor but not as good as the mowers.
As time allows, I'm investigating alternatives to improve cutting performance. Since my wife will likely have me live in the overcrowded garage along with the equipment should I suggest adding something new, I'm mostly considering alternatives that involve tweaking what I'm using. Any advice is appreciated.

Typical bloke, it is all about the size but here we need model numbers and something a little more specific than "better"
