I just installed new dampeners on my 2007, 20HP Bush Hog zero turn mower.Steering is now much tighter but no way will the arms return to neutral automatically. Will try tomorrow to adjust but would appreciate comments.

I realize that this is an older post but I just noticed that it received no replies. The short answer is that they don't and won't except slowly or very slowly, depending on the machine.
Edit - Never mind. This was an accidental duplicate post, which is why it received no replies.
